The apartment, located in 1st floor and approximately 45 sqm of size, can be accessed via a separate external staircase, thus providing tranquility and privacy.Thanks to its excellent insulation and a modern floor heating system with integrated cooling function, a comfortable climate is ensured throughout the year. A small balcony offers cozy space with a great view over the vineyard.
Three spacious sky light windows with Persian blinds, a harmonious color concept, the modern kitchen and an inviting and comfortable bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower provide recreational value and underline the mansard‘s coziness.
The gable room perfectly fits for couples and singles.
The beautiful and light flooded Yoga studio, located in the groundfloor, can be used for your yoga practice upon arrangement, if required, also including private yoga lesson.
