Up to 2 additional adults in the same apartment: from €55 per person/night with a sleeping space on a pull-out sofa (135x200 cm) in the living/dining area

Children up to 6 years old stay free of charge in their parents’ bed

Children aged 7 to 14 years: from €35 per child/night with a sleeping space on the pull-out sofa in the living/dining area

Single occupancy (1 adult): from €175 per person/night

Dogs (for allergy reasons) are only allowed in the PFAU, ADLER & EULE apartments: €25 per dog/night for special cleaning

Intermediate cleaning (including towel and linen change): €60 per cleaning – please notify us at least 2 days in advance by message or phone

When booking the entire house, we offer a special rate upon request.
All prices include electricity, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and VAT, but exclude the local tourism tax of €2.50 per person/night.
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Sometimes plans change – if you are unable to make use of your booking, we will do our best to rent the apartment to other guests. If we cannot find a replacement, the following cancellation fees apply:

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

For cancellations made after that period, the full price (100%) will be charged.
