The idea of roasting a delicious, exclusive coffee at the foot of the Dachstein was born - how could it be otherwise - during a hike in the Schladminger Tauern. For Christoph Hutegger, a passionate coffee lover with international experience and roots in the Styrian Ennstal, a hobby developed into a vocation. From the idea to its realisation, it took patience, time, know-how and a fine sense of taste - just like coffee roasting itself.

In the case of Dachstein Coffee, it is roasted in the traditional Viennese style, which is perfect for both strong espresso and cappuccino.
