Snow & Beef - Krummholzhütte

On Saturday, March 14, 2026, the Krummholzhütte at Hauser Kaibling will once again transform into a paradise for connoisseurs: At “Snow & Beef”, the popular winter grilling event at an altitude of 1,870 meters, culinary delight meets true cabin atmosphere and magnificent mountain ambiance.

Starting at 11:00 AM, everything will focus on juicy meat, delicious flavors, and good music. Grill master Thomas Wieser will demonstrate his skills live at the grill and provide valuable tips on cooking times, meat preparation, and grilling techniques. He will prepare the finest Austrian beef, tender steaks, and other specialties right before the eyes of the guests.

The perfect culinary setting will be provided by a wine tasting of selected Austrian wines, which will harmoniously complement the grilled specialties.

The day will musically be accompanied by the popular live band “Durch & Durch”, which will create a lively atmosphere with their mix of rock, pop, and Austro hits – all in line with the motto: Delight on the plate – Power for the slopes!

Whether as a stop during the ski day or as a cozy afternoon in the sun – “Snow & Beef” offers everything that the heart of food lovers, skiers, and music lovers desires.
