Close to the centre of Schladming, in a very quiet and sunny spot, the Apartment „Wartinger“ is located on the first floor of a detached house. So central, that you can reach in a few minutes the heart of Schladming “the main square” with numerous of restaurants, bars and shops as well as the Planet Planai Valley station. In addition, the apartment is the perfect starting point for numerous winter- and summer activities. The apartment itself convinces with a tasteful, comfortable interior and offers due to the individuality in size and price singles, couples, as well as larger families a cozy home.
On a living space of 85 m² up to 6 people can be accommodated. The apartment is divided into a kitchen, a separate living room with dining table and double sofa bed, 2 separate bedrooms with access to the south-facing balcony, which offers a great view to the mountains of Schladming, and 3 separate bathrooms (2x toilets). Von Deutschland über Salzburg bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz auf der Autobahn (A 10), dann 18 km Bundesstraße (B 320) bis Schladming; Von Wien in Richtung Linz bis Sattledt auf der Westautobahn, dann auf der Pyhrn-Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Wien auf der Autobahn bis zum Semmering, danach Schnellstraße und Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming Von Italien, Kärnten kommend auf der Tauernautobahn (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz, danach 18 km auf der B 320 bis Schladming; Aus Richtung Graz bis Liezen auf der Autobahn, Bundesstraße B 320 bis Schladming;
Take the exit Schladming Middle and turn right in direction centre of Schladming. At the first roundabout you take the 3rd exit into the centre and the Erzherzog-Johann-Street. Follow the street until you can see the 3rd exit on your left side. Take this exit into the Schieferstein. After 100 meter you turn right. And now you can see on the right side the apartment house Wartinger.
