With optimal snow conditions, you can enter the skiing pleasure of the Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Area right in front of the house, which connects Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm to a continuous skiing pleasure with 123 carefully groomed kilometers of slopes.
Perfectly groomed cross-country trails, attractive toboggan runs, ski touring routes and numerous snowshoe and winter hiking trails, here you will find everything your heart desires.

Follow the Rohrmooser Straße until you have reached the centre, immediately after the Hotel "Erlebniswelt" turn into the "Reiterkreuzweg" and keep to the left, the road leads you in about 1 kilometer straight to Haus Herisch. When arriving in winter winter, winter tyres and snow chains are recommended for the car in appropriate weather conditions.
