Payment Conditions
All bookings are handled in accordance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions, excepted cancellation guidelines:
- In case of cancelling 61 days before your arrival, there are no cancellation fees.
- In case of cancelling your booking 1 until 60 days before your arrival, you have to pay 30% of the sum of your booking as cancellation fee.
- In case of cancelling your booking on the day of your arrival, you have to pay 100% of the sum of your booking as cancellation fee. This also comes into effect if you do not show up.
In the event of illness, death or other unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend purchasing holiday cancellation insurance.
