My Holzhaus
Information
Just a 12-minute drive from the skiing and hiking area of Schladming lies the new wooden house on the outskirts of Gröbming. From the cozy living kitchen, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains. My wooden house is on the edge of the village, and you can walk to the center in 15 minutes.
On the ground floor, there is the bedroom, bathroom with shower, WC, storage room for skis and ski boots, and the very well-equipped living kitchen with a comfortable armchair. A narrow staircase leads up to the spacious gallery with exposed roof beams, where you will find a comfortable sofa, as well as beds for up to 4 additional people.

Contact & Directions
Please follow the signs Stoderzinken or ZIP-Line till you are on Stoderstraße beside the small stream. Follow it about 900m - you cross 2 small bridges. When you see the FEUERWEHR WINKL stop! 70m before turn left, over the small bridge and turn left again - at the end of the road you will find My Holzhaus - left one is yours.

our wooden chalet offers enough space for 2 to 6 persons. In a quiet area of Gröbming you enjoy the stunning views on the mountains. The skiing slopes are just 12 minutes away by car. The center of Gröbming is in walking distance and offers shops, bars and restaurants. Start your hiking tours in front of the house or take the bike.

Payment Conditions
We love our house in the mountains - we built it in 2022 with maily natural materials.
The main room consists of a well equipped kitchen (dish-washer), table and chairs and those 2 very comfy chairs from where you can enjoy those stunning views on the mountains. The stairs lead to the attick with 2-4 beds, the sofa and TV-set. You will also find a chice of DVDs and books in several languages.
On the ground floor you will also find the master bedroom, the bathroom with a shower, a seperate toilet and the utility-room for skis and the washing machine.
