Payment Conditions
DEPOSIT: after booking, a deposit of 40% is to be paid via an online portal.
OCCUPANCY: Depending on the apartment, a maximum of 4 or 6 people.
Local tax per person (children under 15 years free): € 3.25 / night
Final cleaning depending on the apartment: € 95,- (included in the price) for 4 person apartment or € 125,- (included in the price) for 6 person apartment.
Bedding and towels are included in the price.
Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
Parties are not allowed in this accommodation.
Pets are not allowed.
Children under 2 years stay for free in their parents' bed. A baby bed can be provided free of charge (in the living area) subject to availability; we kindly ask for prior reservation with the host.
