Your flat will be available to you cleaned from 3pm. Please let us know an approximate arrival time and send us a short text message 1 hour before arrival. By arrangement, an earlier check-in is also possible, provided that the flat is already free and cleaned.
Please leave by 9.30 a.m. Departures during the night are possible by arrangement.

Payment Conditions
The price includes spring water all day, water, electricity, heating, bed linen and towels.
In summer you can enjoy the Sommercard Schladming Dachstein, with which many facilities in the region can be used free of charge. (cable cars, buses and much more).
One parking space is at your disposal, each additional car can be parked in a public car park nearby. Attention: Charges apply.
Final cleaning Euro 150,00 per stay. Not included in the price.
Accommodation tax Euro 2,50 per person and night not included in the price.
