From Salzburg:
Take the A10 (Tauernautobahn) towards Villach. Take the exit for Schladming and follow the signs to Haus im Ennstal. Upon entering the village, turn right at the first intersection. After about 300 meters, turn left; after another 500 meters, you will see Landhaus Floridani on the left side.
From Graz:
Take the A9 (Pyhrn Autobahn) towards Linz and take the exit for Liezen-West. Follow the signs to Schladming/Haus im Ennstal. Upon entering the village, turn left at the second intersection and follow the road for about 300 meters; at the intersection, turn left. After another 500 meters, you will reach Landhaus Floridani on the left side.

Booking Terms and Conditions for Our Apartment House
Welcome to our apartment house! To ensure that your stay with us is as pleasant as possible, please review the following booking conditions:
Booking and Confirmation
- Your booking will be considered binding once we send you a written confirmation by email.
Cancellations and Changes
- Free cancellations are possible up to 14 days before the planned arrival date.
- Changes to the booking can only be made by prior arrangement and depending on availability.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM. Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive later.
- Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest. Late check-out is available upon request.
Pets and Smoking
- Pets are allowed in our apartments by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the house and apartments.
- We ask that you observe the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and be considerate of other guests.
Liability and Damages
- The guest is responsible for any damages caused during their stay in the apartment or to the property.
Payment Methods
- The total amount is to be paid upon arrival, but no later than at check-out. We accept payments in cash.
- By making the booking and receiving the confirmation via email, you accept these conditions. Any changes to these conditions are only valid if made in writing (via email) and by prior arrangement.
