When there is enough natural snow, you can ski straight from the house onto the Galsterberg slopes – an exclusive experience only a handful of accommodations can offer.

For families, our farmhouse is a kingdom of freedom and nature:
Hills perfect for sledding, wide meadows for play, forest paths to explore, and complete safety around the property.

The last 2 km is a private mountain road leading directly to our house.

We are a warm, welcoming family who lovingly run our mountain property at 1,200 meters. Our aim is to offer guests not only a place to stay, but a place to feel at home, unwind, and truly experience the calm of alpine nature.
We personally take care of your comfort, gladly sharing tips for hiking, skiing, or exploring the region.
Whether you are a family, a couple, or a group, we want your stay to be memorable and filled with genuine hospitality and heartfelt moments.

Breakfast

Guests who have booked without breakfast may add it at any time on site.

We serve a regional, homemade breakfast with products from our farm and local suppliers.
Payment & Deposit

A 50% deposit is required by bank transfer at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid on arrival or 1–2 days before arrival via bank transfer.

The local tourist tax is not included and must be paid separately on site.
Cancellation Policy

Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation

7 to 1 day before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged

On the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100%

Snow & Wintersports

With sufficient natural snowfall, it is possible to ski out and back to the Galsterberg slope from the property.
Important Winter Information – Snow Chains & Access Road

The last 2 km to the accommodation are a private mountain road.

During heavy snowfall or icy road conditions, snow chains may be necessary unless you are travelling with a 4x4/All-wheel-drive vehicle.

We recommend bringing snow chains, as weather conditions in high-altitude areas can change quickly.

Smoking

Our entire house is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and must report them before departure.

We do not accept liability for accidents, injuries or damages occurring on the property or on the access road.

We strongly recommend that all guests take out appropriate travel and accident insurance before arrival.
Quiet & Safety

Due to our location at 1,200 m, we kindly ask guests to respect the environment and maintain quiet hours.
