Our newly build non-smoking house is situated at a height of 950 m sealevel. The area Obertal is really nice and quiet. Perfect starting point for crosscountry skiing, mountainbike tours and walks. The busstop for the skibus is next to the house, return to the house from the skilopes.
The appartement consists of a combined kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and toilet each and a vestibule.
Internetaccess for free. Kitchen with stove, dish washer, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. We also offer breakfast or only bread for breakfast on request and surcharge.

Schladming-Rohrmoos at the rounderbound into the direction of Obertal-Untertal (Tälerstraße) after appr. 1 km turn right at the curve. Ahornweg - you find our house after 250 m on the right side.
