Welcome to the "Erika" Apartment House by myNests – your dream accommodation for unforgettable vacation days in the breathtaking Schladming-Dachstein region. Located in a quiet area in Weißenbach, at the foot of Hauser Kaibling, our house offers three exclusive apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people in the Garden Lodge and up to 4 people each in the "Blume&Wiese" and "Berg&Wald" apartments. Ideal for families and groups who appreciate comfort, style, and alpine elegance.
Each apartment is lovingly furnished and features cozy bedrooms with double beds and modern bathrooms. Sunny balconies or a spacious garden with covered pergola invite you to enjoy the spectacular mountain landscape – whether at a relaxed breakfast or a dinner under the starry sky. Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
Perfect location in every season: In winter, you can reach the famous 4-Mountains Ski Circuit with direct access to the slopes of Hauser Kaibling in just one minute by car or ski bus. In summer, the region offers a variety of outdoor activities – from hiking and mountain biking to relaxing hours in pristine nature.

Payment Conditions
DEPOSIT: after booking a deposit of 40% is to be paid through an online portal.
OCCUPANCY:
Apartment "Berg&Wald": maximum 4 persons
Apartment "Blume&Wiese": maximum 4 persons
Gartenlodge "Hauser Kaibling": maximum 6 persons
Local tax per person (children under 15 years free): € 2.50 / night
Final cleaning: € 110,- (Apartments "Berg&Wald" and "Blume&Wiese") or € 160,- (Gartenlodge "Hauser Kaibling") is included in the total price
Bedding and towels are included in the price.
Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
Parties are prohibited in this accommodation.
Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement (€ 10,- per pet per night)
Children under 2 years stay for free in their parents' bed. A baby cot can be provided free of charge subject to availability; we kindly ask for prior reservation with the host.
The final payment is due 1 day before arrival. The final payment is made by credit card. If credit card payment is not possible for you, please contact the host directly after booking to arrange a payment by bank transfer.
