Salzburg A 10 autobahn - in the direction of Graz/Villach - Ennstal interchange - now on the B 320 following signs for Graz as far as Schladming, taking the "Haus West" exit. In the town center, follow the yellow signs for our hotel.

Pyhrn Autobahn (A 9) - Liezen exit - follow signs for Salzburg / Schladming, continuing on the B 320 as far as the "Haus Ost" exit. In the town center, follow the yellow signs for our hotel.

Payment Conditions
A room can be used from 15:00 o'clock at the earliest on your arrival day. The eviction of the room takes place until 10:00 o'clock.
Reservations are handled in accordance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines, excepted cancellation guidelines:
Cancellations only valid in writing!
There is no penalty associated with cancellations received more than 60 days in advance of arrival. From 60 days to 1 day prior to arrival, we charge 70% of the booking price. In the event of delayed arrival or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge 90% of the cost of the stay in the event we are unable to rent the room out to other guests. No-show is going to be charged with 100% of the cost of the stay.
