Arrival in Ramsau am Dachstein
Our Chalet Kulmberg is located on a hill on the sunny slope of the Kulmberg. With the absolute quiet location at the edge of the forest you can switch off and enjoy life.
Directions
From Salzburg / Villach:
Tauernautobahn A10 towards Villach - take exit 63 and continue towards Altenmarkt B99 - continue on Ennstalstraße B320 - after approx. 17 km turn left onto Ramsauerstraße. After approx. 5 km turn left onto Vorberg - take the next right onto Jagergasse. After approx. 350 m you will find our Chalet Kulmberg on the right hand side.
From Vienna / Linz / Graz:
Take the A9 motorway in the direction of Selzthal - Liezen and follow the B320 to Schladming - after approx. 52 km turn right onto Ramsauerstraße - after approx. 5 km turn left onto Vorberg - take the next right onto Jagergasse. After approx. 350 m you will find our Chalet Kulmberg on the right hand side.

Additional information
We are a non-smoking house.
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
Overnight stay tax
The overnight tax is € 3,50 per person and day and will be charged extra.
Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.
Minimum stay
The minimum stay is 3 nights in the low, mid and low season and 7 nights in the high season.
Surcharge for short stay
€ 10,- per adult and night (for 1 to 2 nights)
Final cleaning fee
€ 50,- for flat 1
€ 75,- for flats 2 and 3
Payment
For fixed bookings we ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% per booked flat to our account AT 36 3811 3000 0023 3486 at Raiffeisenbank Gröbming.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Bank transfer in advance also possible.
Check-In / Check-Out
The flats are ready for occupancy from 3 pm and must be vacated by 10 am on departure.
Cancellation conditions
up to 30 days before arrival free of charge
29 to 14 days prior to arrival 30% cancellation fee of the tour price
13 to 7 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee of the tour price
and from 6 days and in case of no-show 90% cancellation fee of the tour price.
