IN THE THICK OF IT!
As the name already suggest is the apartment-house „Centro” located directly in the centre of Schladming - in the middle of events. Many restaurants, bars, and bakeries as well shops are located in the immediate vicinity. The Planai Valley Station you can reach in less than 5 walking minutes, further leisure attractions, round about Schladming, you can reach comfortably and safety by bus, which starts in front of house Centro. We offer two Apartments:
Centro Penthouse - this apartment was rebuilt and equipped with much of passion and love and offers on two floors (1st and roof top floor) 105 m² living space and place for up to 8 persons. It offers a spacious and bright eat-in kitchen on the 2nd floor and two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with bath tub, and a separate toilet with basin on the 1st floor. A private sun-terrace accessible from the living room is oriented in directions North-East-West and invites for cozy get-togethers. Fantastic panoramic views to the Dachstein and the Planai as well the whole day sun is on this spectacular place guaranteed. The interior was chosen in high-quality and modern. Comfort, cosiness and design had the highest priority.
Centro Top 8 - this apartment is located on the 1st floor of house Centro and offers on 56m² living space place for up to 2-4 persons. It offers one separate bedroom, a bathroom and a cozy eat-in kitchen. From the living room you can reach a small south-facing balcony from which you will have a nice view to the Planai and the city of Schladming. The apartment assure with its cosiness, is simple but still comfortable equipped.
An own underground car park arrange a snow-free car and the lift offers relaxation for your feet after a long skiing day. Families, young people and young-at-heart people will love this place in the centre of Schladming.

Way-description: Von Deutschland über Salzburg bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz auf der Autobahn (A 10), dann 18 km Bundesstraße (B 320) bis Schladming; Von Wien in Richtung Linz bis Sattledt auf der Westautobahn, dann auf der Pyhrn-Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Wien auf der Autobahn bis zum Semmering, danach Schnellstraße und Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Italien, Kärnten kommend auf der Tauernautobahn (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz, danach 18 km auf der B 320 bis Schladming; Aus Richtung Graz bis Liezen auf der Autobahn, Bundesstraße B 320 bis Schladming; Take the exit Schladming middle and follow the Ramsauerstraße until the first roundabout at Billa supermarket. Take the 3rd exit in direction center - Erzherzog-Johann-Straße (our office is also in this street located). At the second crossing you turn right into the Tutterstraße. At the end of Tutterstraße you turn right and now you can see after 5 meter on the left side the access to the underground parking of house Centro.

The Centro Top 8 and Centro Loft apartments are not rented out in the summer!
A crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed in the Centro house.
Free WiFi and cable TV are available in all apartments at no extra charge.
A free parking space is available per apartment in the underground garage of the building.
The Centro Penthouse apartment offers a locked ski storage room in the basement of the building.
The Centro Loft apartment offers a free ski depot including a ski boot dryer at the Planai valley station.
There is a storage option in the underground garage for Centro Top 8!
The Centro Loft apartment features a heated fireplace. (Firewood is included)
Bed linen & towels, final cleaning, and the local tax are included in the quoted price!
Upon arrival, we charge a deposit of € 100-300 via credit card authorization. - 15% discount online & on-site for bike rental and accessories at Bründl Sports at the Planai valley station.
