This brand new apartment at the edge of the forest is equipped to high standards. You access your apartment via an external staircase. No other guests can reach this area. Here you will also find a large covered terrace and, in summer, a small sunbathing area just for you. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, kettle, and high-quality kitchen utensils. For first use, capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, and pepper are always provided for you. A set of hand towels and bed linens are available in the apartment. The apartment is located in the Ramsau Rössing district. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is in the immediate vicinity, and you can reach various ski mountains by car in about 10 minutes. A bus stop is also nearby. Children sleeping in their parents' bed stay for free. Pets are allowed. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to Schladming via Birnberg. However, you will also find shopping opportunities and restaurants in Ramsau. A free parking space is always available for our guests. Free Wi-Fi is provided. WinterCard member operation! Payment Conditions
Minimum stay 2 nights, 5 in high season, payment cash on site or by bank transfer. Tax per overnight of 3,50 per day and person is charged extra.
