Our newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartments combine modern comfort with cozy charm.
Centrally yet quietly located, everything you need is within walking distance: the gondola station, supermarkets, restaurants, and the train station – all reachable in under 15 minutes.
Right outside the front door runs the Enns Cycle Path – perfect for walking, cycling, or simply enjoying nature. The Citybus stop is just a 5-minute walk away and takes you directly to the ski area in winter or to numerous hiking trails in summer.
As a special bonus, the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included in the price during the summer season – offering many free services and discounts.
A private parking space in front of the house is reserved for each apartment.

As a nature-loving family, we spend a lot of time outdoors in both summer and winter and are happy to share our tips. We live right next door and are always available for any questions. We look forward to seeing you!
