Cancellation Conditions
For all other reasons for a cancellation, the following general cancellation rules apply, which allow us to offer a free cancellation of your booking up to 30 days before arrival.
This specifically means for you in the event of a cancellation:
- free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- 70% cancellation fee of the travel price from 29 to 14 days before arrival
- and 90% cancellation fee of the travel price from 13 days before arrival and in case of no-show
