It offers space for up to 6 people and has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living area, which can comfortably sleep 2 more people.
A highlight of the vacation apartment is the spacious winter garden, which invites you to relax, especially in bad weather or snow flurries. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The apartment also has a separate WC. You will also find a washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment. There is also a storage area behind the house for your ski equipment or bicycle. Guests also have shared use of the garden areas, the outdoor area offers a cozy seating area and a table tennis table.
Internet access via Wifi is of course included during your stay. There is free parking for your vehicle in front of the house.
In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas quickly and easily - the entrance to the 4-mountain ski area on Hauser Kaibling is just 8 minutes away by car. The apartment is also a perfect base for summer activities.
The apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floor, whereby the two floors are connected by a staircase. For this reason, this apartment is only partially suitable for families with small children.
