Surrounded by mountains, in the middle of the Enns Valley and only a few minutes by car from Schladming. Especially family-friendly at still affordable prices you can use Öblarn as a starting point for many activities and excursions, whether in summer or winter.
Due to the weather favorable location, in the immediate vicinity of the Tauern, the Dachstein and the Grimming, there are still real winters here and in the warm season you come here for the summer retreat, just like in Archduke Johann's time.
Öblarn offers a perfect infrastructure with bakery, banks, tobacconist, local suppliers, inns, hairdresser, massage, outdoor pool, ÖBB train station, ski bus, . . .
Families particularly appreciate the location and are very welcome with us. On request, a high chair and crib can be provided. There is also some children's toys available (sandbox, Bobbycar, games,...) as well as a sunny garden to relax.

Payment Conditions
Cancellation conditions: Cancellations are only possible in writing. Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the holiday. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the start of the stay, 30% of the invoice amount is due. Cancellations within 7 days before the start of the stay will be charged 100% of the invoice amount.
Payment options: Bank transfer until arrival
Key delivery: via key safe; code will be announced before arrival, when the total amount has been transferred to the landlord.
Other: Please understand that smoking in the flat and pets are not allowed.
