Apartments are not cleaned on a daily basis. Extra cleaning services are available for a surcharge.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
For Flexi Rate reservations a debit or credit card is required at the time of booking. Full payment for this reservation is due upon arrival at the resort. Payment will be taken in the local currency of the resort, please be aware that your bank may charge you a transaction fee. Cancellation or amendments of the reservation are permitted until 4:00 p.m. local time, 7 days prior to the arrival date. If you cancel the reservation after this time or fail to check-in then 90% of the reservation total stay will be charged to the debit or credit card provided when booking. An additional charge is applicable for the use of certain resort facilities including, but not limited to the onsite leisure facilities.
