In summer, you can use our farm as a starting point for countless hikes, mountain and climbing tours, or stroll along the romantic Untertal stream on beautifully designed walking paths in the vicinity.
At our house, you can directly access the internationally acclaimed themed hiking trail "Wilde-Wasser" by National Geographic and experience one of the most beautiful hiking tours in the Schladming-Dachstein region.

Contact & Directions
From Schladming towards Rohrmoos. At the roundabout in Rohrmoos, take the second exit towards Untertal. After 2 km, turn left directly into Untertal before the soccer field at Landalm. Follow the Bachweg and pass behind the soccer field. After about 200 m, you will reach our house.

Payment Conditions
Partner of the Dachstein-Tauern Summer CardSauna every Monday and Thursday (only in winter)
Arrival from 3 p.m. (earlier possible in summer on request)
Payment of a deposit on arrival day.
Check out is at 9.30 a.m., the payment hast o be made one day before departure. The deposit will be paid back on the day of departure after the check of the apartment. The prerequisite is that the apartment is left tidy without damage to property and that the dishes in the kitchen are washed and put away
