Since 1889, the house has been operated as a traditional inn. In 2017, Jörg Wutzl took over the Ungerhof and carefully developed the traditional establishment further. Fresh Styrian home-style cooking is served with classic dishes and seasonal specialties. In addition to Backhendl and Cordon Bleu, you will also find fine Mediterranean or vegetarian dishes on the menu.
The Ungerhof stands for down-to-earth cuisine at fair prices, particularly known for the Ungerhofpfandl and the popular special platters for two. The cozy interior recalls the village inn of the past and creates the right atmosphere for a memorable meal.
The offer is rounded off with selected wines from Austrian winemakers and a homemade Mousse au Chocolat as a sweet finishing touch. The motto "Styrian, tasty, good" is palpably lived here – heartfelt, genuine, and with a sense for the essential.
