Modern technology meets artisanal knowledge and high-quality ingredients in the brew house. The restaurant with its own brewery in the Graz district of Straßgang was opened in 2018 as a subsidiary of Anton Paar GmbH, an internationally active company in the field of measurement technology. Through this connection, the "best-measured beer in the world" is created here, brewed in a show brewery that offers guests a direct insight into the beer production process. The brew house invites visitors to learn about the brewing process themselves. In guided tours, the brew masters explain the production process, and those who want to dive deeper can participate in all-day brewing courses, which combine theory and practice and result in their own beer at the end.
The cuisine is oriented towards Styrian tradition and places a special emphasis on regional products. The menu features tried-and-true classics and seasonal specialties that are specifically matched to the house's own beers. The offering is complemented by the brew house shop, where the house beers are available in bottles along with selected regional products. Thus, the brew house combines gastronomy, brewing culture, and a piece of regionality that guests can also enjoy outside the house.
