Culinary Delights of Styria
The Steiermarkhof serves as an educational, conference, and cultural center for the Chamber of Agriculture of Styria. In addition to seminar rooms, accommodation options, and a farm cooking school, gastronomy is also a central focus of the establishment. The in-house restaurant ensures that guests are well catered to in culinary terms.
The restaurant features three rooms with around 250 seats as well as a large terrace. The kitchen operates under a clear principle: regional, seasonal, and closely connected to Styrian agriculture. A large portion of the ingredients comes from businesses within a 30-kilometer radius, supplemented by juices and wines from Styrian producers. Head chef Thomas Moyschewitz relies on a small and regularly changing menu that consciously highlights the freshness and diversity of regional products.
A breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet, and a three-course dinner menu are offered upon request. Those planning a celebration or event will find suitable options, from company parties to private celebrations, as well as receptions or seated meals. The restaurant rooms and the terrace can be used flexibly and offer space for events of all kinds.
