Seifenfabrik Graz

The Seifenfabrik (soap factory) in Graz impresses with its distinctive red brick facade, listed halls, and a free-standing chimney that reflects the industrial history of the building. Originally used as a Poudrette factory since 1872 and later for soap production, the location combines historical substance with modern functionality.
