The restaurant Artis stands for creative haute cuisine with an artistic ambition. The name derives from the Latin ars  – art – and is simultaneously a program: Each dish is prepared like a painting with special techniques, utmost precision, and artistic finesse.

At the center are monthly changing Carte-Blanche menus with four, six, or eight courses, focusing on catch fish and seafood. The cuisine of toque chef Philipp Dyczek combines French craftsmanship with Asian flavors to create surprising taste experiences.

As the only Graz member of the JRE (Jeunes Restaurateurs),  an association of the best European chefs, Artis meets the highest quality standards. The menu can be accompanied, upon request, by a carefully selected wine pairing. Special experiences are provided by Chef’s Table seats with a view into the open kitchen.

 Artis is an extraordinary address for fine dining in Graz.
