NOVA-AIR Graz - “Restaurant Boeing” and “80s Flieger Bar & Restaurant”

On the roof of the NOVAPARK Aircraft Hotel, two passenger airplanes have been converted into a special gastronomic venue. The Boeing 727-200 houses a dinner restaurant with a view over the city, while the Iljushin Il-62M next door invites guests to visit the 80s Bar & Restaurant. Both aircraft are integrated into the architecture and bring the charm of classic airplane cabins – from the rows of seats to the cockpit.

The cuisine at the Boeing restaurant is inspired by international travel destinations and combines dishes from various regions with a suitable selection of wines. Currently, the Boeing is used only for private events. The Iljushin Il-62M is regularly open and focuses on drinks, music, and atmosphere: Cocktails, long drinks, and lighter dishes are served, accompanied by 80s sound and a direct view of Graz. Two airplanes, two concepts, and the opportunity to forget the ground beneath your feet for a few hours.
