At Edelhof, regionality is a way of life. The pumpkin seeds come from our own cultivation and are processed with care – the result: Styrian pumpkin seed oil with a gold seal, freshly pressed and pure in taste. The bread is also made directly on the farm. Spelt, rye, and wheat grow in our own fields, are freshly milled weekly, and baked into sourdough bread, whole grain rolls, or seasonal specialties like Easter pinze – real farmer's bread with character. The range is complemented by meat products from our own farming as well as a variety of gift baskets.
Sales are directly from the farm or at the Kaiser-Josef-Market in Graz – for all who appreciate honest quality and Styrian flavor.
