Five generations of confectionery art – this is the story of the Flössl confectionery in Frohnleiten. Founded in 1877 as a gingerbread bakery, it has been an integral part of the city and continues to be the sweet center of the main square to this day.
Here, baking, mixing, and decorating are done according to old family recipes that have been refined over the decades. In the display cases lie fine cakes, creamy slices, and the famous Frohnleitner truffle confectionery, which has long since become a trademark.
