Bio Hofladen Graz Grottenhof

The organic farm shop Graz Grottenhof is located on the campus of the Agricultural Vocational School Grottenhof and connects education with regional supply. It was established from an initiative of organic farms and the school itself and has developed into an important meeting point for consumers and producers. The focus is on the idea of making organic food directly available from the region while also giving students practical insights into agricultural work.

The range includes fresh vegetables, bread, dairy products, meat, eggs, and much more, all from certified organic farming. Also on the shelves are soaps, cleaning, and cleansing agents produced in Styria. The offer is complemented by seasonal plants and everyday products such as pasta, spreads, or beverages, some of which are available in a returnable system.  In this way, the farm shop not only contributes to regional value creation but also to the reduction of packaging waste.

Moreover, the farm shop is a place for learning and meeting. The students are involved in production and marketing, with events such as tastings or small cultural offerings rounding out the range.
