We venture on a journey through a dark chapter of our history. What is the past? How could it come to this? And what remains of that time today, 78 years later?
The Second World War did not spare Graz. The "City of the People's Uprising," which was the first city in the "Eastern March" to be declared "free of Jews," was at the end of the war the most bombed city in Austria. Some traces of this time are still visible in our city, and the biographies of the perpetrators and victims must not be forgotten, especially today.
