Running into the New Year - with charity, beverage stations, and a cozy conclusion

On December 31, Herbert’s Stubn in Feldkirchen near Graz invites you to the 25th New Year's Eve charity run. What started small is now an integral part of the New Year's transition. The start and finish are directly at Herbert’s Stubn on Aufelderweg, where athletic effort meets a warm village community.

Starting at 1:30 PM, Nordic walkers and hikers will set off, followed by the runners at 2:15 PM. The approximately 8-kilometer route takes you through the gentle landscape around Feldkirchen. Along the way, there will be “warming stations” with hot drinks – supported by local sponsors such as the parish office in Feldkirchen and the Krois family from Wagnitz.

The charitable idea is at the center of the event: The entry fee of € 10.00 goes to a charitable cause in the community. After the run, the afternoon will wind down pleasantly – with music, good spirits, and a festive tombola.

Whether sporty ambitious or simply for the joy of movement: The New Year's Eve run in the Graz Region connects activity with a sense of community – and is a wonderful start to the new year.
