The flat is ready for occupancy from 2 pm, it is not possible to move in earlier without a written agreement. The keys are handed over on site by prior arrangement. Please contact us in good time.
On the day of departure, the keys must be returned by 10 am. In case of delay, the landlord is entitled to charge up to 50% of the full daily rate per day. If the keys are not returned until after 3 p.m., the full daily rate may be charged.

Payment Conditions
A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation contract is due within 5 working days after booking confirmation. This amount is to be transferred to an account named to you. The remaining amount (50%) is to be paid in cash in advance when the keys are handed over or in the course of the down payment.

from the 30th day before arrival 50%
from the 15th day before arrival 75%
from the 8th day before arrival 90%
in case of no-show 100%
