Take a deep breath and start pedaling. Cycling tours through fresh forest air are a treat for both body and soul. Along the way, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to sample regional delicacies and local products – guaranteed to have a positive effect. The cycling route leads downhill into the Tomsche Valley, passing fruit orchards and traditional farms, and continues via Rastbühel to Hönigtal. Just by the small church, the path turns onto the Kirchweg and then follows the Höhenstraße, offering beautiful views as it descends into the Ragnitz Valley. The route continues on cycle lanes and then along Graz’s main cycling route 6, following bike paths all the way into the historic old town (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and onward to the R2 Murradweg.

From there, the path heads south through Augarten Park and along the newly redesigned banks of the Mur River, leading to the junction with the R49 Mostwärtsradweg, which takes you back to Laßnitzhöhe.

If you need an extra boost of energy after the ride, just park your bike for a bit and head to the *sebastian RELOADED®* adventure trail (7.3 km). This fun and active family experience challenges you to confront your inner sloth, "pull out trees," or even scream at the top of your lungs – whatever gets you moving!
