The approximately 3.7 km long, very easy hike from Gößl to Lake Toplitzsee takes about 1½ hours and is ideal for families. The route leads from the parking area at the “Rostiger Anker” inn along the lakeshore, through the forest to Lake Toplitzsee, and back through the village of Gößl. The tour offers peaceful nature, gentle exercise, and paid parking on site.
The approximately 3.7 km long hike
from the End of Lake Grundlsee to Lake Toplitzsee takes about 1½ hours and is
rated as very easy, making it perfect for a family walk with children.
The route offers a peaceful atmosphere and a perfect blend of nature and gentle
activity.
Starting from the parking area at the “Rostiger Anker” inn, the trail follows
the lakeshore through the forest to Lake Toplitzsee, with several alternative
paths to reach the destination.
The return route leads from the lake through the small village of Gößl. Paid
parking is available on site.

Cross the Klaus bridge over the outflow of the lake, continue to the Archduke Johann monument and via the so-called Reith path back to the starting point.
