We park the car at Campus Alps, slightly above Hieflau, the starting point of the walk around the Waagspeicher.

The walk begins at Campus Alps, above Hieflau, offering a beautiful view of the mountain landscape of the nearby Gesäuse National Park and the small village of Hieflau in the municipality of Landl.

Public transport is only available to the town of Hieflau (bus stop: Sawmill), not directly to Campus Alps. From there, an additional walking distance of 900 meters must be planned. From Hieflau train station, it's 2.9 km to the Campus Alps parking lot (note: uphill climb).
