Your room is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask You to vacate the room by 11 a.m.
Use of the wellness area is on the day of arrival Possible free of charge from 9 a.m. upon reservation.
Late check-out in Wellness area possible on request on site until 6 p.m., surcharge € 15 per person, until 2 p.m.
The use of the wellness area is included in the price.

Our cancellation conditions:
For cancellations within 4 weeks before arrival we charge 50%, within 14 days 80%, charged on the day of arrival, in the event of late arrival, no-show or early departure we 100% downtime costs.
Other cancellation costs are based on Austrian hotel regulations offset.
Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
We recommend one Travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. www.europaeische.at
