Information
The castle Kapfenstein is situated in the middle of Styria’s Vulkanland, close to the Slovenian and Hungarian borders. The core of the former fortress from the 11th century is a small family hotel with 15 guestrooms and restaurant. Those who come here, have found a true place to enjoy. Together with the terrace, which afford magical views of the landscape of Eastern Styria and the history, it is a place to enjoy moments of silence. The Kapfensteiner Schlossküche offers a light and creative styrian cuisine. All our guests were pampered with a 4 to 6 course menu.
