How to get there:
From Vienna:
Southern motorway A2 – turn right at the junction Seebenstein towards Semmering – Semmering expressway S6 – exit Mürzzuschlag – then another 20 km on the B23 Direction Neuberg /Maria cell .
From Graz:
S35 to Bruck an der Mur – continue towards Vienna on the S6 to Mürzzuschlag – on the S6 Exit Take Mürzzuschlag West – in Mürzzuschlag towards Mariazell
The following applies to your arrival or departure:
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2 p. m.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10. 00 am.
Our playground is also available to you on the day of departure, but please understand that the all-inclusive offer ends at noon on the day of departure at the latest. (except specials with late checkout).
The restaurant, the Milanstube, the swimming and wellness area are available late on the day of departure. 12:00 exclusively available to permanent and new-arrived guests.
The reception staff will be happy to finalize your invoice during your stay – at the latest on departure you can pay the balance in cash, with VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB or ATM card.

Payment Conditions
At the day of your arrival your reservation will start with lunch and will end on the day of departure with breakfast. We like to inform you that in case you can not start with lunch we can not make any compensation for not consumed meals.
Your apartment will be ready for your family at app. 2 pm and we kindly ask you to leave the apartment on the day of departure at 10 am.
