Let yourself be enchanted by the special charm of the Milena cabin! This fully biological wooden house offers 85 m² of living space for 2 to 8 people – perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples looking to combine peace, nature, and comfort.
The cabin is located in an idyllic holiday settlement at an altitude of 1,275 meters, with a breathtaking view of the mountains of Hohentauern – and the best part is, in winter you're right on the ski slope. Step out the door, put on your skis – it doesn’t get more relaxed than this!
In summer, you start your day with breakfast on the sunny terrace, accompanied by fresh mountain air and an unforgettable view. For a cozy evening, you have a second covered terrace at your disposal – ideal for barbecuing or simply enjoying the sunset. Here, you get a little closer to nature – and to the sky.
You can conveniently store your skis or hiking boots in the storage room. There you will also find a heated boot dryer and firewood, which will be billed on-site according to use.
And what about fresh pastries in the morning? No problem – you can get rolls and pastries right at the shop next to the church.
The Milena cabin – your retreat filled with warmth, tranquility, and a nature experience. Whether winter or summer: here you'll simply feel at home.

Directions
Arrival from Germany: Motorway A 3 in the direction of Passau, at the Wels junction turn off in the direction of Graz, continue on the A 9 to the Trieben exit. At the roundabout follow the signs to Hohentauern. Over the pass to Hohentauern it is approx. 15 min. Drive through the village to Hotel Moscher. Shortly after, turn left and immediately left again into the holiday settlement until you reach the turning area. On the right hand side you will find the Milena-Hütte house no. 12. Please use only "car park no. 12". Other cars must be parked in the visitors' car park along the road.

Payment Conditions
This is included for you:
- Bedding is already included in the price – you don’t have to bring anything.
- The final cleaning is also included in the total price – you can enjoy your vacation until the last moment.
Additional information & additional costs:
- Deposit: 200.00 € (will of course be refunded upon proper handover)
- Children's bed including bedding: one-time flat rate of 15.00 €
- Electricity, gas, and wood: will be billed based on actual consumption – fair and transparent
- Accommodation tax: from the completed 15th year of life 2.50 € per person and night
