Directions
Take the A9 to Trieben. From Trieben in the direction of Judenburg 10 km to Hohentauern. In Hohentauern follow the signs to the Edelraute Hütte. Turn left before the tollbooth. The Sonnhof Hotel is on the right-hand side. The Gesslhube holiday flat is immediately after on the left-hand side.

Gundula Tackner
My name is Gundula Tackner. I grew up in the small mountain climber village of Hohentauern in Styria and feel at home there.
Alongside my geology studies at the University of Graz, I completed my mountain guide training. After successfully finishing both trainings, I was drawn back to "my Tauern". Since then, I have been a mountain guide and lead my guests to the mountains of the world.
For several years now, I have been living in my "Gesslhube", an old farmhouse, and I feel very comfortable here. Since the house is too big for me alone, I had the idea to convert it into a cozy vacation apartment. After the renovation, I am now able to offer you my vacation apartment and I am sure that you will also feel at home here.
