Welcome to the family-friendly Prettenthaler holiday home in the Murtal region. Between mountains of the Seckau Alps on a sun-filled plateau lies the village of Bischoffeld in the municipality of Gaal.
Whether at the bathing pond, hiking on the mountains, biking or skiing - Gaal offers unlimited possibilities to spend your holiday in a relaxing, exciting, sporty and fun way. Special places are the "Ingeringsee" with its circular path suitable for prams, the "Türme im Gebirge", the Rosenkogel with the church "Maria Loretto" and finally the Hochalm with the church "Maria Schnee" the highest pilgrimage church in the Eastern Alps.
In Gaal, guests have the opportunity to enjoy Murtal specialities at several inns. The next larger town with shopping facilities is Knittelfeld, the next cinema is in the "Arena am Waldfeld". About 10 km away is the Red Bull Ring, which attracts guests not only during top-class events such as Formula 1 or Moto GP. Seckau Abbey, the Murtal Golf Club, the Wipfelwanderweg hiking trail and the Aqualux thermal spa in Fohnsdorf are all within easy reach by car.
The holiday home offers space for large families (football goal, meadow, herbs and berries from our own raised bed, ... ) as well as small groups. There is a Spar market and a wonderful bakery 200 metres away - ideal for self-caterers.
