Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and apartments. A designated smoking area is available for smokers.
Payment:
Payment can be made in cash or by card.
Note on Major Events:
On days with major events in Murtal (e.g., at the Red Bull Ring), the demand for rooms is very high. Therefore, our prices may change on these days. We reserve the right to require a deposit for your booking. The cancellation period in this case is 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Conditions:
– Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
– In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, we charge 100% of the total travel price as a cancellation fee.
