The two apartments are located in the idyllic community of Gaal at the foot of the Niederen Tauern – the perfect starting point for your vacation at any time of the year. More than 20 mountain peaks over 2,000 meters invite you to go hiking.
In the immediate vicinity, there are tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, an archery range, and a natural swimming pond waiting for you – ideal for sporty hours or relaxing days in nature.
In winter, a chairlift takes you up to 1,250 m. Children, beginners, and returners will find a little paradise for skiers and snowboarders here. On the 2-hectare area of “Schi GaalaXie,” there are countless opportunities for playing and practicing. You can easily ascend with the 60 m long covered conveyor belt.

The Gaal is not just a term for winter sports enthusiasts – hikers, nature lovers, and classic car fans have also discovered the mountain community in a high valley on the southern edge of the Niedere Tauern. The Gaal is primarily shaped by agriculture and hunting, as well as its tranquil location. Although the Gaal is located far from the expressway, the town can be comfortably reached from Knittelfeld and Seckau in 10 minutes.
More than 20 mountain peaks over 2,000 m invite you to enjoy the unique panorama of the Gaal mountain world. You can best train your head for heights in the Gaal Alpine Park Steinmühle beforehand. Marked walking and hiking trails lead to selected excursion destinations. The Gaal forests and pastures offer an Eldorado for lovers of berries and mushrooms.
