The Oberzeiring Theater is staging a romantic comedy.
The timeless, modern classic among relationship comedies, penned by Franca Rame and Dario Fo, is reinterpreted at the Theater Oberzeiring by two actresses (Ninja Reichert, Sigrid Sattler) as a dueling married couple: Antonia's wife is mercilessly unfaithful. She constantly has new lovers. Antonia can no longer bear her marriage and threatens to jump out of the window, poison herself, or electrocute herself in the bathtub. A heated exchange ensues. Her wife suggests an open relationship. But when she gets serious about it and meets a young, attractive professor, she pulls the ripcord... A turbulent comedy full of verbal wit, pace, and slapstick
