A beautiful meadow and forest hike or Nordic walking tour in the north of Seckau in the Murtal adventure region.

This beautiful circular hike leads through the northern part of Seckau, with wonderful panoramic views of the Seckau plateau and to the Weiermoarteich pond in the Murtal adventure region.

From St. Michael in Upper Styria via the Murtal expressway S36 (subject to vignette) to the exit "St. Lorenzen"; continue in the direction of Knittelfeld via Kobenz to Seckau. (27 km, approx. 20 minutes).

From Judenburg via the Murtal expressway S36 (vignette required) to the exit "Knittelfeld-Ost"; continue via Kobenz to Seckau. (30 km, approx. 25 minutes).

Before starting the hike, buy a snack at the Adeg market for a relaxing little picnic at the Weiermoarteich pond.

The village of Seckau can be reached by bus. The nearest train station is in Knittelfeld.
