Since the 16th century, agriculture has been passionately practiced here, and since 1812, the Pfeffer family has dedicated themselves heart and soul to ensuring that tradition and sustainability go hand in hand.
For 25 years now, the farm has been managed organically. Sustainability and ecological balance have always been at the forefront. Even with a large number of animals, care and species-appropriate husbandry have the highest priority – because only where animals feel comfortable can genuine quality arise.
With the organic hay milk from 22 dairy cows and 4800 organic broilers, the farm offers you the opportunity to enjoy high-quality food directly from the source.
